Dustin and his shop are truly awesome. My old truck broke down in Kingman while driving from Las Vegas to Tucson for a military move five days before Christmas. It was towed to ACR, and Dustin immediately did a quick look at it. He knew right away the motor was bad. He allowed me to leave it there until I figured out what I was going to do. I asked him to look at it again when he had some free time and let me know how much everything would cost to fix or replace it. He is so busy, so it took a month, but he let me know what needed to be done and gave me an estimate with a military discount. During the Covid-19 stuff, he continued to work on my truck and allowed me to make payments instead of paying all the money upfront. I finally picked it up yesterday. Normally Dustin works Monday through Friday, but he opened his shop Saturday night so I could make my last payment and pick up my truck so I could head back to Tucson the next morning. Words cannot explain how grateful and professional this shop is.
